About the Practice

Martin J. Benoit, MD is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of arthritis of the knee, hip and shoulder.

Each year, Dr. Benoit performs successfully hundreds of joint replacement procedures; hip arthroplasty, total knee arthroplasty, partial knee arthroplasty, shoulder arthroplasty, reverse shoulder replacement and complex revision joint arthroplasty.

Over the course of his twenty years career, Dr. Benoit has also acquired a very vast experience in revision procedures (treatment of painful joint replacements of the knee, hip and shoulder). Dr. Benoit offers state of the art orthopedic care with proven surgical techniques and he maintains current in newest advances such as minimally invasive surgery, patient specific guides and implants as well as computer assisted and robotic surgery. Dr. Benoit routinely performs reverse shoulder arthroplasties and work as an instructor for surgeons learning that technique.

Dr. Benoit also treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions including fractures, carpal tunnel syndrome, meniscus tear, rotator cuff tear, arthritis, and other joint conditions that affect your quality of life.
